My wife got me a DJI Mini 2 SE for Christmas and I went to go charge it up before using it and it wouldn't charge. Did some research and come to find out, the battery they shipped with it is damaged. Apparently, they made the switch over to Lithium Ion Polymer batteries which if they sit too long they become damaged. I went to Best Buy to exchange for a another one, but they wanted to charge me a $51 restocking fee... I told the lady that I could buy a replacement battery for that and then send the damaged battery back to DJi and have them replace it and end up with 2 batteries. It was also on backorder. Contacted DJi and they are going to replace my battery once they receive my old damaged one. Anyone had any issues with DJi? Also, when it comes to batteries for these things, any of you using non-dpi branded ones or refurbished ones?
