dual battery question

Swampy is getting rewired next week and I'm thinking about dual batteries. I have a new yellow top optima and a new yellowtop duralast. I'm using a 61amp chevy one wire alt. Will I be ok winching (Warn 8274)with one battery or should I run a dual battery set up pretty much just using the second battery for the winch?

You have three choices.
Run one battery and everything from that.
Run two batteries together, much better for the winch and motor life
Run two batteries and isolate them so that even if you run one battery down, the other will be able to start your truck
I prefer two run together myself

just run two batterys. pos to pos--neg to neg.

Ran mine the same way for couple years no issues

Running the them in parallel, is like having one hugh battery.

IMO thats the way to go.
