Durango 4.7 engine codes

Got this durango with the 4.7 and the engine light on. Codes are po171 (bank 1 lean) and po172 (bank 2 rich) so its running lean and rich at the same time wtf?

It sputters on hard acceleration but then clears right up.

So where do I start?
Some terrible searches came up with replace O2 before cat for first code and maybe EGR for the runnin rich code?

Sounds like the fuel pressure is out of spec. Could be pump, filter, or problem in the line.
