Durhamtown Tellico or Gulches??

A friend and I are taking a week long trip next week. We plan to stay at windrock for a few days. After that, we tossed around the idea of hitting durhamtown tellico for a day or so and gulches for a day or so. We've never been to durhamtown tellico or gulches so we don't know if its a multi day park like windrock, or a single day park like uwharrie. Should we hit all three, or spend more time at either gulches or tellico?

Id say tellico gulches is small its only 80acres

Gulches is a full day if you hit all the trails, and depending on traffic can be longer. It is a small park but it is worth the drive.

Why not go from Windrock to Harlan and then knock out Gulches on the way home?

Another vote for gulches. Make sure to call Skip before you make the jump. Weather conditions play a big role but Skip is always willing to work with you if there's a good group coming.
