Dying trees on a prpoerty line questions

Looks like they're White Pines and were planted too close, now they're starved for sunlight. If they are white pines,they are very strong trees when healthy and I would'nt worry about them falling unless they die and begin to rot......... As said before cut off all the branches on your side and they'll grow/lean towards your neigbors house :lol:

These are the ones you have to worry about. The dead one and the one with forks in the trunk. Those forks are weak and will split. I said earlier that White pines usually arent that much of a danger but these are tall and have few limbs so when they fall they will do some heavy damage. As others have said, white pines aren't best suited for this area so its only a matter of time.
Get the county ag agent or arborist to meet with you and the neighbor. He is neutral and maybe the neighbor will listen to him.
