These are the ones you have to worry about. The dead one and the one with forks in the trunk. Those forks are weak and will split. I said earlier that White pines usually arent that much of a danger but these are tall and have few limbs so when they fall they will do some heavy damage. As others have said, white pines aren't best suited for this area so its only a matter of time.Here are some pics, didn't have my tape measure handy.

Get the county ag agent or arborist to meet with you and the neighbor. He is neutral and maybe the neighbor will listen to him.
