Started a project here in the shop this week.. Getting a full family cage with seats tied in. Customer has full fiberglass body and the cage is completely removable...

First peice protects right under the body.. Lets it slide on rocks that are directly under the body. The second outer parts are turned up for protection from outside threats.. IE Trees and bumping up against rocks. Tried and true design that is not my original idea. Most people want the less expensive single peace Design, but this one is def sexier.. and does protect without having to extend lower bar way out.. The single plane slider gets stuck on rocks more than this design.. becouse there is more snags under the body with that design.. Thanks PJ

the hinges are from james duff and are the quick door off model they do not have the straps on them yet. So far they seem much beefer than the stock ones and work well.

I am having PJ build stuff farther out from the body and higher so maybe I will not break the body. I do not plan on wheeling a ton but it will be nice to drive somewhere and wheel and drive home. I am really pleased with everything he has done thus far and I am amazed at how determined he is to make everything perfect (unlike me). I think I probably frustrate him. He really has exceded everything I had heard about him by 100% I am really stoked.

Some ford lovers probably won't like this but The bronco is getting a 07 5.3 700r 203 205 doubler. I narrowed a 60 for the front and three linked. PJ is going to link rear and finish front stuff that I did wrong and install coilovers.

Awesome PJ.

Daddyo, this is starting to look too nice to be in your hands. I'm looking forward to it, although its gonna make the scout look bad.

very nice build so far. i would probably have kept a metal body with all the mods that will have to be done to the floors, unless it is getting a huge body lift on it... keep us posted with the progress.

The first readable post from Brian Webb. Quoted for historic factor.
