I have a early bronco dana 44 with drum brakes.I want to convert it to disk. Here is what I have.
77 chevy flat top kunckles
77 chevy small bearing spindles
77 chevy caliper brackets
77 chevy stub shafts
one 79 f150 ford hub and rotor.
But I dont have the other 79 hub and rotor.I do have a late 80's early 90's hub from a f150 with ttb. Will the hub from the ttb ford work?I was going to buy a rotor from napa. But if my hub will work then it will save me almost $100 bucks. If anyone can chime in on this It would help me out a lot. Thanks

Bronco Help

Call Larry Jackson 336-342-2442 He is the best around on Early Broncos and probally can answer your question. He can probally help you with parts also, he has a lot of Bronco stuff. I did a couple of conversions a while back and bought the hub/rotor assemblies from Autozone $50 a piece and they worked just fine. I personally would find matching assemblies even if the hub "seems" to be the same and I dont think they are, brakes are not the place for trial and error. Good luck.

Ever drive through morganton on the weekends? I've got an old but decent condition hub/ rotor from a 79 you can have (assuming I can find it).
