Eastbound Jackasses

:nopics:

.......... I thought it was plywood sides, makin a deeper/larger trailer, and a cheap, but well fastened tarp becomeing a parachute that doomed the modern Beverly Hillbillies hauler????

Droid doesn't. Tried forever on the phone to upload. Finally broke down and emailed it to my old pos computer. Now I want to smash my computer.

Anyway, it happened. Rolling down I-40 was a dude with a ghetto donkey hauler. I passed him and couldn't believe what I saw so I slowed waaaaay down so he would pass me. Then snapped a few pics of some unhappy looking baby jackasses traveling at 60

Why did'nt I think of that???....... I've always hauled Asses in the cab or back seat w me......... and I could never get them to shut up and let me drive!.......sometimes I had to let them out on the side of the road to walk home.

There were 3 of them there.

Matt

You didn't slow down to let him pass he was just hauling asses

I just spit coffee on myself! Glad I'm at home.

At least they didn't overtighten the ratchet straps!

I just threw up in my mouth!

Saw this the other day. Granted it doesn't hold a candle to the previous picture. But none the less, for the vehicle in question, still a lot of ass.

Donkeys and Mules are COOL........I want a few of each one day. My uncle had HUGE black Mule when I was a kid. I remember it stepped/stood on his foot one day as he and my dad punched it in the ribs and otherwise tryed to make him move as my uncle cursed loudly  . The Mule just stood there chewing, oblivious to their attempts to make him move his hoof . A guy I met in Johnston co. informed me that Donkeys will chase and/or catch and kill the shit out of a Coyote, that's why some farmers have them.

U think I could get a gubmnt loan to start my own "green" recovery or towing business, w a team of Mules?.................I'll call it "Ass in a sling"

They will, I have personally seen one of ours badly injure a ~50lb rottweiler mix puppy that was chasing our cows. They taunt the dog/coyote, get real close, then trample it. Then again...I have also seen my 20lb miniature Aussie herd a group of 5 donkeys into the corner of a fence and keep them there.

Hope this is'nt post stealin.........the guy I met while surveying the adjoining property in J-co. had a rather large donkey, pony sized, I saw him marching around the woods/fields one day and was impressed by his manner. The owner told me several stories of it's predator like hunting and ultimately killing of cocky yotes he witnessed. He said it was pretty exciteing to watch. A friend in Chatham co had his yr old Aussie killed by 5 yotes while patrolling his sheep pasture one evening. He heard the ruckus and went to help......... he chased them off but 5 against one was'nt fair, the dog did'nt survive long after:mad:

Up around Sparta, all the farmers have "Dun keys" now. They kill the crap out of coyotes. If they are like mules, the smell of blood drives them crazy. Grandaddy said When they killed pigs on the farm, the mules would go ape shit when they smelled the blood.
