Eastern NC?

Hello fellow wheelers!

I'm originally from PA, moved to VA, and am scoping around eastern NC for apartments.

I am looking in the Raleigh/Selma/Zebulon (between Raleigh and 95 :)) for a two bedroom place, preferrably a patio or fenced in area, over 800 sq. ft.

Any ideas? I'm looking to move sometime in '07 so I've got plenty o' time.

no, no help thats a big area. My sis and her husband live up there but there are apartments everywhere. They live right near the airport and it seems to be a very nice area.

RENT OR BUY ?

I live north of Selma, South of Zebulon, east of Raleigh and west of I-95

Small subdivision (houses) all between 980sqft-1300sqft and 3/4 acre yards minimum. Sign out front of the development ranges prices from $78k-$110k

Lots of foreclosures and many rentals out here, so you could maybe find something suitable. PM me for details

my parents rent single wide trailers on acre lots. while i hope that in 07 they're all full if not i can let you know. im about 5 miles from Kevin BTW.

Why would you want to move to the eastern side of the state? All the good wheeling is up in the WNC area.

Hope you like a interesting blend of redneck and leftover yuppies. :flipoff2: This place is full of 'em both.

I live on the dark side of 96 in Franklin county. We are also being invaded by 'em. Nice area all in all tho. Long ride for serious wheeling tho'.
 
how about a price range... that may eliminate alot of areas.
 
Unfortunately, there are alot more job opportunities in the eastern part of the state and in Charlotte than in WNC. I'm from Mo-town and I'd love to move back to WNC for a while before heading to CO, but there just aren't many job opportunities there. I work for Sprint and the only opportunities I might find will be in Hickory or Asheville. I'd love to be in the Asheville area, but my girlfriend HATES Asheville - too many freaks she say. But, we could always work in Asheville and live outside the area, say Mars Hill, Leicester, etc.
 
We want eastern since we want to be in/around the 95 area (folks live in PA and FL so its somewhat middle heeh).

Price range? From $0 - $800, preferrably 2-3 bedroom with patio/yard, w/d IN unit, dogs allowed (one 41lb lab), fitness center on site/nearby preferred but not required.

I think that is it :)
