Ecm reprogram

I have a 95 ford bronco with 5.8, got a gt-40 crate motor fixing to go into truck gonna put some mustang shorty headers on it also. Question is I wanna delete the egr system truck has metal tube that comes off exhaust manifold and a bundle of plastic tubes that go all over engine. Is there anybody out there that can remove egr system from ecm? Yes I know that its an emission nono, anybody done this? or know where I can get this done?

Know nothing about the Ford's programing, but on a GM, you just raise the EGR test/actuation temp to max. Engine never reaches that temp, so EGR is never called
