The State of Tenessee has easy field sobriety tests. This has been confirmed by our field agents on the ground. As of 20 minutes ago.

That is all.
 
So I take it you are saying drinking and driving is ok in TN because the tests are easy? If someone got pulled after drinking and passed the test that is nothing to brag about, if they got pulled because they drive like a drunk when sober and still passed the test, well, that's nothing to brag about either :)

It was all meant in good fun.
A little back story...Rob and I pulled off the road onto a very soft shoulder.
Despite the truck being 4wd, it was like a mud pit. We called a tow truck to extract us, the cops beat them there.
Despite the fact that I was stone sober, can't say the same for Rob, due to the amount of beer cans in the back of my truck he decided a field sobriety test was in order.

Since I was sober, the test was a breeze. I followed the pen, I stood on one leg, I touched my nose and I walked his imaginary line. That is all. The nice officer told me to watch my "brother" and keep him safe the tow truck extracted us, charged us $20 and we were on our merry way....
