I believe will won A class, Brad was 2nd. Not sure on 3rd.

Tony broke a shaft and DNFed at the very end... which means Joe D will be the Series Winner for A class.
 
Tough break, literally, for Tony... he did make it to 9.5 laps before time ran out.
 
Cyd, what happened to the coverage for the jump comp?
Is it over already? I logged in at 7:15, no video....
 
From what we saw there wasn't much of a competition. We watched the same truck jump a few times, and then they went too big. It was getting chilly and time to leave.

Well almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades :) ratlab Joe D got third and doug came in fifth in Joe D's open / open rocky :)..
 
The jump competition was pretty crazy, and I didn't catch who it was, but I hope the passenger is alright, I know he didn't want to go to the hospital.

Tony lost a shaft, in a pretty vital spot, literally under a half of a lap remaining, if he had done the fix he did later on at the time it happened, and just dragged it in front wheel drive, he might have been able to finish, but things happen. Was a great race.

Snappy did a pretty insane rollover, put on a hell of a show.

Will did win A class, I didn't catch the other positions, he did well in B also.

I was looking for the nc4x4 booth out there, I was hoping to buy some gear in person but was unable to find anyone...

Was good meeting everyone, I met about 20 members today and had a blast.

B class, I know Dylan rolled over, but I missed alot of the rest, was mostly watching for carnage.

C Class, Stump had a pretty insane roll, and I believe his power steering fluid was catching on fire 2x... But I could be wrong.

A rollover in every class, and an absolutely insane jump at the end of the night. Was a very good day.
 
And Ratty, your camera showed up, but wouldn't ever cut on, I had a couple batteries that had charged for only a few hours that made the screen come on, but it cut right back off. Would have been some good video for sure. Didn't get it in time for A or B class.

What a weekend, I LOVE the races at DPG, 30 minutes away from home....
 
Also, as for the jump contest, I know 6stringjeep got the xj jumps on video, and some nice mid air shots aswell...

C Class had so much winching going on it got a little boring to watch, that one section went from fairly easy for most to freaking impossible real quick once the mud started getting on the rocks.
 
Just got home. What a day at the track......LOL. I spent most of my day dragging broken race rigs out of the woods for people. I then spent the rest of the night helping Chris (CLTDBA) replace both passenger front ball joints on his rig on the side of dome rock. All in all it was a great day of racing. Huge thanks to ECORS for putting this on.
 
I took a hard hit by slade on lap one and lost steering. I didn't even complete lap one but I had a damn good time.

Turns out, it's pretty fawking dark by 7:15.
