Edge CS programmer locked up

I got a Edge CS programmer for my 2005 F150 from my friend. Only problem is that it is set to his truck since he left it "tuned" on his truck. Anyone know a way of getting around sending it to Edge?

Youre going to have to send it to them and have it unlocked. And in my experience edge customer service sucks, good luck.
