egr problem

I have a 07 pacifica and code po406 is popping up saying egr sensor A circuit high.I have a genisys 4.0 and I am learning it a little at a time.Is there any way I can go to custom datastream and test it.THANKS

I dont know about the scan tool you have, but I imagine there all about the same. On my mentor in datastream go to I dont remember the exact term it uses but its EGR something. Record and go out and open and close the EGR valve. That should tell you what your looking for.

Oh, and I have never tried that on a Pacifica, but Fords EGR's a main problem area.
