It's a 91 Cadillac Flower Car... It was built like this by a conversion company to haul flowers from the funeral home to the cemetery. This is owned by a rather eccentric archaeologist!! Not something you see everyday!

I saw a newer model Cadillac (late 90's) like that last fall on 52. I tried to get a pic but it didn't come out well (raining).
