Fawk Guilford county.
That's cool to see that it's no longer "all OBDII" 96 and up vehicles that need inspection, they changed it to a rolling no 20 year deal[section 3.5.(b)(3)]. It's not like I have a 96 rig that's gonna be exempt right now... but I do have a 99 I might get to around 2019 or so.
