Engine Mechanic needed around Morganton area

Need someone to work on a 2001 Inline Six, bad ticking, couple cylinders misfiring, etc, possible rebuild. Or possibly a GM swap.

At minimum, I need a good engine mechanic who can fix what I got.

Any suggestions around the area? Need one pretty pronto.
 
I think he does more fab type work at his shop. Maintenance work he sends through Tims shop. Not sure of the name of his shop.

However, Buck eye is THE place for fab work. He did my 3 link and it works great.

I can do it no problem however i am backed up bad at this time so Im gonna suggest Mintons automotive!
 
X2 on minton. I've also used fishers for some customers down that way.

Minton's is where I'd take mine,...and have many times. He will work to diagnose the issue, then give you a estimate on cost. Five bays and quick service. Only hold up might be getting a part, but he will tell you straight up. He also guarantees his work for if I remember correctly, 1 year or 12K miles
