I'll try to make this as clear as possible without photos...

Got an EPDM roof, turning down onto a wood fascia with a term bar. There's galvanized flashing under the membrane lapping over a galvanized K gutter.

The flashing and gutter are rotten, which has led to water damming up against the fascia and rotting that too.

So... now I've got to remove the term bar, slip in a new fascia and flashing and hang new gutters.

In the interest of keeping this as fawk-all free as possible, I'd like to use cheap AL K gutter and whatever off-the-shelf flashing I can make work. It will likely be aluminum as well... which raises the question: any suggestions about galvanic issues? The stl term bar screws will definitely be in contact with the flashing... and the flashing will be in contact with the gutter.

There's also the membrane... easy suggestions for repairing/patching the membrane if it tears or something during the term bar R&R? It's definitely old, and it's definitely in need of replacement, I'm just trying to get a couple more years out of it.
