Rear main seal cant spray the firewall. It is covered by the bellhousing. Check the little port behind the intake on top of the block where your oil pressure sending unit or line is located. The back of the intake where it seals to the block and heads is another good possibility.

well ya nctom ya just made my day... I checked the oil pressure port it seems tight gonna pulll intake and reseal it this weekend prolly thinkin i messed my rtv up when sittin intake down...? hope thats the problem it never leaked like this before so was thinking it might not be rear main seal... had problem sealing valve covers so thought it could be the prob its only spraying on the driver side right behind oil pressure port tho!!!

If you have an electric sending unit, they can fail/split and spray oil. if it is a manual gauge with the tube, it can be a bad seal at the threads or at the point where it connects to the adapter with the little ferrule that slides onto the tube.
Get it warm so the oil thins out and spray it down clean with brake cleaner. You should be able to run it and see where it is starting to drip. One of those little extending mirrors and a brite flashlight is a big help.

If it is the intake, get a can of "the right stuff" made by permatex. Best thing I have ever used for sealing stuff like this. Clean it with BC and put a good bead across the block rail and at the spot where the intake gasket meets the rail.
Hope that helps.
