Exhaust manifold bolts

I need ideas on how to keep the exhaust manifold bolts from coming loose. I tighten them and a few days later they come loose. I've tried high temp lock tight, and lock washer had zero luck with the lock tight and the lock washer worked a couple of days longer. This is on my 2.5 liter YJ-- and in case it matters six inch lift with 35 Mickey T's Baja MT's
any help would be greatly appreciated..:kaioken:

The 2.5L has studs in the first hole and the last hole, but there's nothing stopping you from installing studs in all the bolt holes. Are you reinstalling the old bolts? How do the threads look?

PS - The studs are not built into the manifold. They are threaded into the bolt holes just like a bolt would.

The threads seem to be ok same with the nut they are just a little rusty I think I might put them on as tight as I can get them and tack weld them up there. Got a trip to the uhwarries in two weeks and need them to stay up there. Unless some one has any other ideas
