Exhaust/muffler recommendations

Since I recently got a new Jeep I'm having to look into mufflers for the 2nd time now. On my last Jeep I had a Flowmaster 40 and it was great but didn't give me exactly what I was looking for.
Can anyone give me some good exhaust kit/muffler recommendations for my DD. (08 Rubicon)
I'm looking for something that gives out a nice roar when the pedal is down but also has a nice rumble when you're idling. Any help here?

if you're going to get technical (i.e. picky) with the sound, try youtube for various videos

I'd first determine if you want chambered versus glass-pack style
 
I also had Flowmaster and switched out to Magnaflow. Best thing I ever did. Got rid of that annoying drone. Now it has a very pleasant rumble to it.

After market cat and a single chamber flowmaster and u will have people asking if u have a v8.
 
haha why not throw out the reasonably priced ones?

Cherrybomb, Dynomax, etc.!

they are all going to sound similar for each type
 
Thrush welded sounds bout the same as a flowy....a big difference in change of tone will be.an aftermarket cat....i had a high flow on my old yj with a flowy and it sounded pretty good for what it was

btw after posting that link.... I decided it was time to order one.
So as of Thursday my 4Runner will have an upgraded exhaust... sound :lol:
