That's what I call the Ultimate Water Blaster, that I bought the other day at Northern Tools. Screws onto your garden hose, has a off/on lever, length adjust from 3'-6', & the swivel head ratchets to desired position. Brochure shows cleaning gutters, from the ground, & cleaning cracks in the concrete. I've used mine twice, to clean the wet grass, from under my mower deck. Works pretty darn good for $19.95.
