That tree isn't there anymore. I cut it down in the middle of the night last winter before an ice storm came through. ;)

thought it appropriate for this thread, Dr. Cranium and his skull cap, aluminum ladder, wires, chain saw, shorts, overhead reach.....what could go wrong ?

I'm surprised it took this long. ;)
 
I ended up getting this one because it was on sale ($50 off). It is only 6.5 lbs heavier than the 250lb rated aluminum.

I was just thinking I need to find the pic of me on an extension ladder that is sitting in the back of my pickup, top against a tree limb.
 
That was at my house. It's a good thing Matt wasn't drinking like the rest of us. He would've surely earned a Darwin Award. @farmboy might have the pic.
 
We have 2 60ft aluminum ladders that I swear weigh 300#
