I had one of those north of Winston. Me and my 4 y/o daughter left a buddies house in Westfield. It was a small 2 lane winding road and a logging truck came head on around a blind corner in my lane. Not a little bit in my lane, IN MY DAMN LANE. We swerved to avoid each other and he lost control but managed to avoid me within inches and then he went off the road and down the steep hill. A split second sooner or later and it would have been a completely different story. I probably wouldn't be sitting here typing it.

My wife was in one of these near-misses a few years ago. She was walking with a co-worker around an Industrial Park, and two cars collided in an intersection, spun out....and missed her by inches!

I think most of those in the video and others like it are from Russia or former Russian territories. All those folks seem to have dash cams for some reason or another. Plus they are all maniacs and live real hard from what I can tell.

looks like alot of the accidents were caused by driving way to fast.
for the situation.

You forgot the last part. 100mph isn't too fast in the middle of nowhere, and 20mph is way too fast for some of those areas, but 20mph on the interstate is way more dangerous than 100mph, depending on the situation :)

Dash cams get them a pretty decent discount on insurance
