Extreme Offroad in Havelock

Has anyone been to Extreme Offroad in Havelock? I rode by there today and saw a bunch of big rigs... a few on 54" boggers looked like...

of course they had some on rocks and some on tons... but they were all huge leaf spring lifts and big tires... but i think thats whats popular around here...

There's some very good info in that other thread that was listed above. He does have his own ways about doing things. I've talked with him from time to time and he's a nice guy, but I have seen rigs stay at his place for months and not move. I'm sure money is a big part of the story. Gotta pay to play :driver:
 
I use to live in morehead.. Talked to the guy about doing some stuff to my various rigs through the years, each time i gave him a chance to earn my business he didnt seem to eager to help, so i gave up...

If you want any work done in that area, go see bigwheelbob.

I met him when I lived in ONC. Very nice guy. He's knowledgable and capable. Especially if you drive a Chevy.

Like any other 4x4 shop...the $$$ talks and the bullshit walks. If you have the $$$ to spend to let someone do the work for you...he's a good choice.
Not to mention there aint a whole lot of 4x4 shops to choose from in that area.
