F250 brake issue?

I have a '00 250 I heard grinding from the back. I pulled the wheels and found the brakes needed replaced. No big deal. What I thought was odd was the wear. The rear wore out before the front and didn't wear even. The driver inner was in the metal, all others had 1/4 to 5/16 pad left. I thought maybe a sticky caliper but the outer had plenty left. Any ideas, or is this normal?

Yeah, they were nice and smooth. No tight spots or binding at all.

I tow the Jeep 3 or 4 times a year. Never really haul much. The pistons pushed back real easy with a c clamp. I'm gonna check The wear in a few months. I did have to replace a sticking front caliper about 2 years ago.
