My camper is on a Ford F53 chassis....about the same setup and running gear as an F550. in 2016, brand new, I had a front wheel bearing go out on it (common problem, Ford blamed it on an uncalibrated robot).

That was left side. Now, I got a little play in the right side, and want to get it gone thru before it gets to be a problem. Not all Ford places service RV's. Closest to me are F'ville (which did last job) and Greensboro. It's out of warranty now, so I have no problem with an independent shop, and would probably prefer that.

So...who's your go-to shop for Ford truck stuff in central NC that can take care of me?
 
If it's like the 550 Ford axles I've had apart on wrecked fire trucks it's nothing special. Just bigger.
 
Takes longer to jack them up and remove 10 lugs than to remove unit bearing and break loose 4 bolts and ABS wire.
