Fab Shop for custom bumpers near Carolina Beach?

Any recommendations for a fab shop or perhaps a local member capable of building bumpers for a 2000 Lexus LX470/ Toyota Land Cruiser?
Buddy of mine wants bumpers similar to the ARB's available, but I figured certainly a local fabricator could build a better bumper for less.
He lives near Carolina Beach/ Wilmington so looking for someone in that area.

From experience, most fabricators won't be able to build it for less than you can buy it. The R&D time, materials and so forth quickly exceed the existing product. $1000 for a front bumper isn't that bad, especially not an ARB. Aside from that, I'm not aware of anyone building bumpers here.

I know what you mean, money isn't so much the issue. He wants to be different. Would like to be more creative with a bumper and the ARB just seems to be the only option.

The front bumper is actually very reasonable around $750. The rear is 1600 bucks though.
