Do you have all fan speeds ? should be 4 speeds and off. Are you able to move the mode door selector with no effort ? or maybe too easy ?

It's probably full of leaves and stuff. When I bought mine it was so full of crap that the blower was off balance.

Carolina Cummins New Member Joined Aug 9, 2006 Location Hudson Feb 5, 2007 #4 I just installed the A/C evaporator, fan, and other junk in the truck. The fan must be weak. I'll pull the motor back out and install another one.

Blkvoodoo professionally useless Moderator Joined Mar 16, 2005 Location Archer Lodge Feb 5, 2007 #5 check the blower motor resitor pack also, those ar ea known common failure point. Also, open the motor, the brushes may just be worn out ( they are replacable, just gotta know where to look)
