I sold a suki to a fellow. After 5 weeks he finally came got it. He had paid me half, and then the rest when he come back to get it. Only when I went to get the title I found it had been signed, and notorized, but never sent off. I had had it a long time and completly forgot about it. So I told him I would send it off the next day, and I did. Cost me about $60 bucks as I remember. So, he never called for several months, and I got a call from a guy who said he had bought it. I told him if the original buyer contacted me and let me know that he had sold it to___________ I would gladly sign it over. Guy 2 called me and wanted me to send it to him, I told him sorry, we will have to have it notorized and sent off. I wanted it out of my name. So far, no word from him. and it's still in my name. so in this case he has a rig with my name on it, and can't ride it legally. I guess my next step is to send it off as a junk title, so it will clear me. Why do people do this??
