The market for such a thing used is slim. Most of their customers want to be part of the decision process
I am sure the owner has a relationship with the parts supplier or builder. He has operated several business identities in the upfitting/aftermarket segment. He does a lot of current activities with the overlanding crowd. He has built a small fleet of full size broncos personally over the years.
