FedEx sucks

Anyone know how to find out where the local trucks are sent out of and who the hell I can talk to about a driver repeatedly dropping off ALL deliveries for my street off at my house. I have called the "help line" going on 10 times in the last two months. It's now becoming a daily thing

Hit them up on Twitter. Big corporations nowadays have professionals that monitor their social media and they want to be seen as taking care of their customers. Probably get a better response than from a call center in India.
 
I'll try it that's been my problem I've went as far as having them come get the package from my house with a wrong address form thing guess what was back the next day the same damn package

Call in sick one day and "talk" to the driver yourself. That'd be the most effective, I'd say. Also, finding your local hub should be easy and you could call or go there and tell them what the deal is.

Don't have a Twitter but their Facebook doesn't have much hope of help from all the screwed up complaints people are making

I don't want to take a day off to see if he delivers that day. That's the problem I dont know when he is suppose to show up cause I have nothing shipped FedEx so I dont know when stuff is suppose to show up

The second part of that was the part you were supposed to pay attention to lol.

Living where I do...my local hub is Greenville. I'm sure you could find out where the hub is real quick if you Googled it.
 
I know their is a sorting facility/hub of some sort in Asheville can not find the phone number for it. I just find the FedEx offices

Just take the packages that show up and wrap them for christmas gifts. When they open it, it's a double wammy as you will be just as surprised as them. :)
 
Call the police about "suspicious packages " some guy in a "fake FedEx uniform" planted on your property.
 
Make a giant sign in the front yard right in front of your porch or wherever he leaves them that says HEY FEDEX GUY - LOOK AT THE FUCKING ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. IF IT ISN'T XXXX THEN IT ISN'T MINE!!
Enough that the whole neighborhood can see it.

I think it's all been ground but it's been mostly from one neighbor but I've got stuff for two others as well..... There are 5 houses on my street including mine

FedEx ground is run by contract, like a franchise. You can buy a route(s) from FedEx and get paid by how many boxes you pick up or deliver.

I'll see what I can find out. PM me your street address.
 
in all seriousness, this is the kind of guy you probably want to not be an asshole too b/c for years he could be handling your packages.

(and we all know how you like having your package handling)

If it's the same guy that delivered this summer. I'm gonna do my damnedest to get him fired/ loose contract. Guy this summer jumped outta his van ran threw the yard and threw the package at the door from about 10ft out. On a package that was labeled fragile. He then lost his sunglasses when leaving cause I jerked the door open and yelled at him for throwing my package cause I guess he thought no one was home.

I had a Fedex package delivered this past Saturday. Left it 2 blocks up at a rental. Last three packages he "delivered" to me, totaling about $4k, have been left at the same place. Luckily I found them all before someone else did.

Did on-line complaint last time, about 2 weeks later got a call from a manager at the local hub. Promised it wouldn't happen again. Sent complaint yesterday, we'll see how long it takes to get a callback.

I don't really think they care that I call cause it's not my packages, but the neighbors can barley speak English....
