FIELD TRIP!

Leaving now for a work field trip. Headed to the Red Oak Brewery for a tour and tasting. Too bad I don't really care for their brew, but a great way to end the week! SEE YA!

I might drink 6 beers a year, but you can bet 3-4 will be Red Oak.

I have taken the tour myself. Very interesting. I rarely drink these days but I have always lived a good Red Oak. The tour was very cool and made me like the beer even more and appreciate all that they put in to it.

They had tastings at the end of 4 of their beers. Hummingbird Pilsner style, Red Oak, Battlefield Bock and Old Oak. I'll admit the Red Oak tasted better than what I've had, but I don't feel the urge to run out and buy any.

But the brewery and their philosophy was great! No filter action or pasteurization.
