first bumper build. ford f-150

just finished building a bumper for my buddys f-150. It's the first bumper ive actually built that wasent just a piece of c channel. what do ya'll think?

Thanks! We used 3/16 and it took about half of a 4x8 sheet

Did you use any material on the inside to keep it uniform? Or For strength?

I cut out 2 pieces to fit on the inside at the inside 2 bends and and 2 more closer to the outside, so not too much but he only uses the truck as a hunting truck.
