First time deep sea fishing

Going with my crew from work. 7 of us. We drove from forest city today and we are staying in sunset beach. Leaving out of Calabash at 5am Tomorrow. We are doing a 12 hr charter, trolling and bottom fishing. This will be my first outing. I'm excited bc the captain said they have been catching dolphin and grouper all day. Wish me luck. We got plenty of adult beverages:cool: sunblock and motion sickness pills. I'll keep ya updated with a fishing report.
 
Good luck,the one time I went I spent all day feedin the fish the contents of my stomach and got a killer sunburn.I had pills and sunblock too.:rolleyes:
 
I've never been sea sick. Felt nausea a few times but shrugged it off. When you get sick, you stay sick from what I've seen.

Take the nausea meds well before you go out. I've never taken nausea meds, but that's what I've been told.

wow what a awesome day. Weather and temp was perfect. 75 miles out of Calabash. 8 Mahi and 5 tuna. We had a great time
 
fuck that...Minnow was just on a 3 hour tour and that didn't turn out good.Also,there is junk out there that'l eat you

I never saw them put out.Hell,the only married folks on that island was old as f*&k and they slept in separate beds.Soooo...

true true...you know,maybe since they roomed together and the choices weren't that great for da gals...we can only hope Ginger and Maryann were "experimenting"might we say.Now there's a mental picture for ya!

Where you stay at in Sunset Beach? Ocean Isle and Sunset is where I spent my weekends fishing during the summer.We would get to the pier friday evenin and wouldn't come off till sunday.Every weekend. I hate the freakin beach.
