Going to outer banks next weekend, know its short notice but with my buddies job he can't predict if he would be able to take off till now. We'll be on the northern end. He lives in currituck, so somewhere closer to that. Just figured I'd see if anyone knew someone that way or had good experiences with a certain boat.
 
Call the Oregon Inlet fishing center and see if they have 2 spots on a make up charter. Probably your best bet at this point.
