Don't know if this belongs here or not, move it if need be. Anyone got pics of your TJ with flat fenders? I've seen some that look nice and some that look like a hack job. I have to flat fender the buggy and don't want it to look like crap, it's a TJ-ish hood/fenders. Thanks

Not mine, but I like the way Mike's PSC tube fenders looked. He managed to flop it this weekend and the fenders received nothing but some faint scratches:

Kind of a side by side comparison:

Right after the passenger side flop:

Dude...stop with the rocks. I said you can dump them at DPG, other than that I want nothing to do with them. I have a job, manage my rental houses, play in softball leagues...my plate is too full to be carting rocks from one end of NC to the other. It is a good idea if you have somewhere close to put them, or a free giagantic dump truck and driver who's willing to haul multiple loads for free. If you ever actually came to DPG you would see we have plenty of rocks, the woods out there are full of them that we haven't bothered to try and move. You offering us rocks is like offering a guy who lives at the beach loads of sand, again thanks for the offer, you can dump them there, but I(hell, we as a club) want nothing to do with the transport labor ,or cost. My weekends are going to be full of wheeling not working.

thanks...I cut them, I'm not very happy with them. The hood and fenders are all molded together there just wasn't anyway to make it look really good, did the best I could.

Heres my old TJ and its flatfender, now Aggressive1's aquired TJ. They start at the front hoop and connect back at the rockers.

You could just follow the line where the "fender" meets the hood, and cut the fenders off completely. Or trim at an angle from the top frt lip of the fender agled down toward the grille, if it'd give you enough clearance.
