Those were my first two thoughts as well - gee imagine the monthly insurance payments, lol.
Unf not very attractive as a "car", w/ those folded wings like that any kind of rearward (B-pillar-style) visibility must be nill.
Interesting its only 100bph too, that's < a 22re, lol.
 
you can drive to small private airport and take off from there. small airports are all over the place.

at $200k... lol, i dont know why im bothering to defend them though!
