FOA coilovers

Call Rocky at Wide Open Designs. He sales Sway a way for about what I was pricing FOA for....

I don't know anything about Wide Open, but I priced all brands and FOA was lowest and sells direct. Had everything inside of 2 weeks.

After what I've seen out west and what my friends have experienced with those shocks I would put a lil extra coin towards the swayaways.

Talked to them the other day. They are higher on shipping than everyone else. They said typically cost 250-300 to ship everything here. That makes their price pretty much the same as everything else. As well, they said at the earliest the lead time was 2 weeks, but realistically 4. Talked to a guy there last tuesday.

Hung up the phone and called Rocky at Wide open design, they were here thursday afternoon for $36 shipping. And after seeing the finished product in hand, i'm personally really glad i went with swayaway, in addition to all the reccommendations from people off the forum.

The quote list i got last week From my other thread:

Fox: $950-$952 shipped
Fox: $1042 Shipped w/ Trip Rate
King: $1005 shipped
ORI: $1250 shipped
Radflo: $1010 shipped
SAW: $936 shipped w/ Triple Rate (2.0 Emulsion)
SAW: $1032 Shipped - (2.0 Remote Resi w/ triple rate) ---> Backorded and would be at least a month lead time.
FOA : $945 shipped
Bilstein: $745 plus at least another $200 in coils, plus shipping.

These are for a pair of 2.0 14" travel, Remote Resi, with dual rate hardware, with the exception of the quote w/ Triple Rate Hardware, and the exception of the ori's.

Thanx for all the great info guys, I was going with ORI's to begin with but I saw the price on the FOA's so I thought I would look into it. Looks like I'll still be going with ORI's.

Wow those are high...

As I noted earlier- 2.5, remote res, 16" travel FOAs with dual rate, one pair of 14" springs and one pair of 18" springs- delivered to Bristol, Virginia for under $850. The shocks got here quick and the springs came somewhat afterward, but inside of 2 weeks.

I got 2" FOA remote res right before Xmas. I got two shocks 4 springs, and upgrade billet hardware for 745 to my door in charlotte. It was all here within 2 weeks.

I would most definably go with ORI;s over FOA shocks if you care anything about reliabiliy.... Give Rocky a call and see what he can do for you....

Note, Wide Open Design will be shut down next week, and I will be the only one there.... The rest will be in Moab

You can give me a call personally if you want to shoot the shit

When the boss is away...What kinda deals I get?
