Focused towards East Coast in general....

ok cool I have a lot of guys that are on fox stuff and I will post up on here when I get everything I need for fox stuff.... All I have right now is king inventory....

Id be in on a little time. My rear shocks suck. KING 2.0 COs and 2.0 triple bypass on all 4 corners.

I saw it I talked to you for a quick minute about it at the flats....

I was a little scatter brained from the wreck and lost without my trailer. I will gladly toss some coin your way to get them to act right. My fronts are awesome, at least I think they are anyway.

Lol most guys think that the front is already working great.... Youve got a good set up.... I am getting closer to figuring out the price thing, just couple more big things that I need to do but I will let you know as soon as possible....

email me your number and we'll talk davidg4x4@gmail.com it goes straight to my phone

Do you have any experience with Rock Equipment coilovers?
Thats what mine are, and I would love a good tuning....

I doubt I will ever keep any rock equipment inventory.... I can get stuff whatever I need from them though.... We can make it happen.... Give me a call sometime, we'll talk about it

Nice work man:beer: Not sure any of that will help with the mud bog in PA this wknd but it looks to be drastic improvement. He's come a long way since the early days:flipoff2:

hahaha I've been working off my phone lately, I just now got to a computer where I could watch that video.... :driver:

A shock tuning session will be some of the best money you could spend on your trail rig/racer/woods beater. Obviously at the beginning of the video, my shocks were brand new out of the box, and we knew they were going to have to have some changes. By the end of the day, I couldn't believe the difference. David wanted to make another change, but I felt good about where we were at, and it was starting to rain. I wanted to race it with the suspension how David set it up, and see if there was anything else I want to change. After this past weekend, I know what needs to be changed, and David does too. I've had 3 different suspension setups on this rig, and in a day, David made this setup better than anything that has been on the rig previously.

I can't recommend David's services enough. He knows what he is doing, and more importantly, what the suspension is doing, and what it needs, by just observing. Anyone who owns a set of coilovers, NEEDS a tuning session. I can't imagine someone spending $2000+ on a set of coilovers and not wanting to spend atleast $500 to make them work to their full potential. I doubt David will charge $500 for a session, but even if he ends up charging that amount, it will be money well spent.

Many thanks to David for making my racer faster, looking forward to another couple of tuning sessions to really see the full potential.

So, is the plan to head back close to lexington? If so, do you know anywhere close by with some bumps and room to go fast?? I need some help with my shocks for sure.

Yeah its time to get my ass back to the lake.... I never planned to be away from home this long.... I'm about two years over due, but I don't regret a second of it....
The best place the I know of that is close for me (15 minutes) is Devil's Playground.
Uwharrie takes me about 30 minutes but I like Devil's Playground because of the visibility and speed potential. I know every inch of Uwharrie but the visibility isn't there to tune for speed. I would say both places are great for tuning a crawler or trail rig....
I guess I need to get someone to introduce me to the owner of Devil's Playground when I get home....

For everyone that was waiting for this thread to pop back up.... We are up and running, check out our thread in the vendors section:driver:

UHWARRIE ?

Looking good David! Many plain old trail rigs on leafs need some decent shocks. Not sure if we can afford "tunable". As for using Uhwarrie, perhaps you can tie in with Scott Fields,of the new "Uhwarrie Off Road Training Center. Understand he will have a course, & some open land. The CTB will be there Sept. 9-11, for their annual "Fun Caravan", + hosting the 3rd, qtr. meeting of SFWDA. Come out! :driver:

Shiiat, I run stock toyota leaf springs on my race rig.... Do some digging and find some new or used coilover shocks with no springs for a smokin price and if one or two is leaking or F'ed up, just send them to me and I will fix them and you will surely come out on top....

I need to make a tech thread on that subject, lots to elaborate on there as far as budget goes.

So tell me more about this uwharrie thing:popcorn:
