I found a neat trick.
Convinced my boss to come along for an ECORS race and serve as co-pilot.
Now he's all into it, we just got him a project truck.
Makes those afternoons alot easier... Monday he told ME we needed to blowoff and go work on it ;-)

me thinks this plan just back fired. I know when my boss decides to blow off and go work on his hobbies...that leaves me at the shop all alone to:
A) screw off and come up with an excuse why nothing got done when he was gone.
or
B) do all the work by myself.
lol..either choice sucks.
