Classic for me. All the old cars are cool :D

I've had my 70 Chevelle since I was 15. I can work on it. You don't see the classic stuff anymore. It does get attention, as posted last page. Sure, the technology in the new stuff is nice, but I was talking with a buddy about him regearing his new Camaro. It was a huge job. The whole differential had to be switched and it involved messing with the computer system. You can't just throw a ring and pinion in it anymore...

classic for me, though i do enjoy the modern amenities, like ac and suspensions, the styling, feel and smell can't be beat in a side by side comparison. i am 33 for reference

Cars are a lot like women,.....................classics are great but I'll take a newer model any day!:flipoff2:

Older models were well built, have nice curves and are more dependable. Newer models may look sporty, but they require much more expensive or high maintanence and don't seem to last as long before needing replacement. If you trade them in every few years, before the maintanence becomes a hassle, I guess that could be OK.:D

Alright thanks guys for your input, I actually got permission to make a presentation instead of writing a 7 page paper on it, so I will post the presentation as soon as it's finished

I got a 57 Chevy with a pro built 350 that showed over 500hp at the flywheel on the dyno. The suspension & steering are stock & no power brakes either just drums on all 4 corners 3 on the tree... You want a rush try & hold something like that in the road while doing a burn out or driving through the corner using the throttle more than the wheel & pray the engine don't burp or sputter or all that original sheet metal will be toast!! I have not driven it hard like that since I was in my early 20s. I don't think my heart could handle trying it now that I am in my 40s.
