For dual batteries AGM for non starting battery?

What's the intended use? Is it isolated from the starting battery? If so, how is it charged?

Yeah, those questions are definitely important. If they're not isolated, the battery with the lower internal resistance will supply most of the current during starting, etc. It's not a great idea to mix battery types or sizes unless they're isolated, etc., because of differences in the way they charge and discharge. You don't want to have two batteries and have one of them do most of the work.

This.

And BTW on a vehicle, properly isolated would mean one doesn't touch the frame in any way

The current set up has a unknown isolator on it and afaik the only thing connected to the second battery is the winch connections. The old marine band radio that I pulled out of it was also likely connected to it.

The camper has at least three different 12v systems. All use the frame as a common ground.

Unless you're looking to camp and run a bunch of fans/lights/pump/stereo/etc off of a "house" system, I'd just buy one great AGM battery and call it good.
