Ok i guess i can understand the exhaust coming out of the bed. Bigger free flowing exhaust out the back no problem. Bigger turbo's and chips way to go. BUT unless you over 10L of motor and 9 speed's or more behind the motor your still just a PICK UP. I know the little pick ups are putting out some good power but it is still a PICK UP.

I have a thousand pennies.

What's your point? :D They look good, sound great, and can be still be parked at the mall.

I dont know. I just wanted to lay out what a truck was and a pick up is. Some of the ego's these guys have couldn't fit into a 53 foot trailer.

No im not envious i have driven the big boys and laugh at the little guys.

FUNNY :poop: !!!
Tomorrow I am getting a CC 7.3 with a 5spd and can't wait. Hauls ass and I will be able to fit a baby seat in it. Wife made me do it since we are expecting. That's one thing I won't argue about.
Its got some mods but nothing compared to some folks. Personally I am looking forward to rolling a little coal!
Point is each to his own. If you want to drive a hybrid car, ride a sport bike, or collect bugs who cares as long as your aren't harming/hindering someone else.
God Bless America!

Ok i guess i can understand the exhaust coming out of the bed.

Then maybe you can explain it to me.

There's a lot of pretty big stuff rolling down the road that doesn't have 10L of motor or 9 forward gears.

Kinda lost on what your point is also

I drive an 03 f250 diesel 4x4 and i wouldnt have it any other way..i dont want a little bitty ass truck i want a powerful loud diesel thats 4wheel drive that gets 20 mpg and can haul whatever i need...who wants to drive a damn big rig with 10L and 9 speeds...unless your doing some major haulin.. dont know what your point is but i love my big ass loud diesel and wouldnt have it any other way..

I said i can understand it not explain it.

Yea i guess some of the straight trucks still have small engines. But you know what i mean LOL. Ok how about 70 + feet long 8 1/2 feet wide and gross weight of 80k +:)

You should love it and how loud it is i dont care. But the tearm big for your Pick up doesnt go.

I dunno... I think an OTR truck is a lot easier to drive than a 40ft transit bus with 150 drunks on-board. ;)

Agreed. Stacks are :gay:

+1...it was one thing having stacks (still not my style)...but now I'm seeing stuff you could drop a watermelon in. Not to mention, stacks are getting more played out than lambo doors.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't 'rolling coal' just inefficiently dumping fuel? I'd be more impressed by street trucks that produced the same power without just dumping gobs of fuel.

yes rolling coal is unburnt fuel. Your loseing money and no more power.

beg to differ - depending on the setup, increasing fuel does increase power, but not at the most efficient level. HOWEVER, most fucks out on the highway belching smoke are doing it for the sake of show.... mine hazes at all times so beh

P.S. - stacks >6", puke.

PPS - you have to be a complete idiot to black out an intersection/road/etc.

I knew that...it was more of a rhetorical question. Although, sometimes that fuel dump can and does add power.

But the chicks dig it... my wife smiles every time we watch the diesel sled pulls or drag races.

Just ask Ricky how much the chicks like it. :D

Well I smile at those pulls too...but at least there's a point and purpose there...and it's not just to make an @$$ of yourself on the street. Everytime I see that on the street, all I can think is 'dumb f*ck doesn't know how to tune'.

Disclaimer...again, speaking in generalities, not saying it's a God given rule.

well she says she gets wet but I wasn't gonna share that. You get wet too? :flipoff2: heheh

I agree with the street smoke. I prefer to just bellow my exhaust while I lug past them. Quite loud and gets the point across without the soot.

Does the ninjastack get noisy that close to the cab?

yes, the back glass resonates, and the exhaust gasses tend to swirl back around pretty badly as well. The firewall isnt insulated either, so it's like riding around in a real-time diesel-junky symphony.

Not quite...happens to me when I hear an unbridled gasser.

She prefers the "build up and then climax" from the diesels. The gassers are all climax out of the hole!

I figured so. I tossed about the idea of something similar on my truck, but figured it'd just be annoying. Since mine is just a tow rig I figured it should stay under the truck. :)
