I came across this site about a month ago, it lets you search multiple Craigslists at once, and is really the only site that I know will let you do that that hasn't been blocked by Craigslist yet, and probably won't be because its impossible for Craigslist to tell that the searches come from this site.

Just a note: YOU NEED TO USE FIREFOX. IE WILL NOT WORK. You need to follow the instructions to disable referrers, a window should pop up telling you how.
I found that if you click on the name of a state, you can select all the Craigslists in that state without having to manually select them.
