Does the little blue LED in the display stay on all the time? With veh off and such?

The display on mine is red.
But the decimal point stays on until the unit goes to sleep. I think it waits for 10 minutes or something from the last press of the brake pedal.

I think mine is a prodigy p2 or something. It is blue display, yes the light stays on for what seems like forever, but it will cut off eventually.

It will go off. I had the same question when I installed the P2 in my Cummins, and the one in my F250. This thread actually reminds me I need to order the wiring harness and another bracket for it for my current truck.
