FORD 351 WINDSOR #'s

A friend of mine has bought a fox body mustang with a 351. The previous owner had taken the intake manifold off and had a towel over it. The car sat with the intake off for 8 months and the crank is locked up. I dont know the block #'s to know what year the engine is to order a crank kit does anyone know??

Thanks dude that helps alot.
 
Drown it in Marvel Mystery oil and work it dayly. I've brought a couple motors back to life like that with no problems.
