? for the ford guys where is a good place to get the front coil spring mounts for a first gen bronco as they look like a good alternative for a universal spring mount . i found them at early bronco and they are around $130 a pair is that a good price or is their better options with different models i have never used ford mounts and need then for a jeep build.

ive heard of people using f250 shock towers and coil buckets.

by first gen, do you mean 78-79 or do you mean early bronco?

call ford parts dept. i thinki remember someone getting them for under $50.00.

i would imagine it would be easier to get lower coil mounts for the axle than to change your upper mounts on your jeep.

will do thats a good price. and yea i mean like 66 bronco looks like nice compact well made mount and im installing on a yj frame so it dosent have coil mounts and cant find new tj mounts. j&t wants $30 ea for torched off mounts but i dont exactly feel like cleaning up to reuse if i can find a better option

I have a set of 79 f150 buckets in good shape free if you want them.

Great I'm glad they went to use rather than scrap. Glad I could help.
