what years rangers are compatible? need a radiator for a 94 ranger 4.0 auto. what years will work?

also which year mazdas? b2000 right?

not certain about radiators, but 93-97 rangers with 4.0 are very similar, also 91-94 explorers. b4000 is the equivalent mazda. good resource:

The first three Ranger generations were 83-88, 89-92, and then 93-97.

They started putting the 4.0 V6 in Rangers in 1990, and while a 90-92 4.0 radiator more than likely will fit, I'm sure any 93-97 radiator for a ranger with a 4.0 should work.

Ford doesn't like to change their stuff around if they can avoid it, so even with the body style change, the radiators are likely the same from 90-97.

Soo 90-97 Ranger 4.0
91-94 Explorer 4.0

Any of them should fit, but if in doubt, shoot for a 93-97 and its sure to work!

thanks. found out that a 94 explorer will fit. got it from pull a part. fit and works.

Good stuff! Then for future reference to anyone looking, that means the radiator out of a 91-94 explorer, and a 90-97 4.0 Ranger will definitely work!
